Job description
To be our designer, you can create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. You can develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. In addition, you must be able to design and turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. You can gather user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation, web, mobile components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, Zeplin, etc. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with visual concepts, graphic design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, web and mobile applications, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will create graphic design for our brochures and functional and appealing features for our applications that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities

Create images that identify a product or convey a message

Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites

Select colors, images, text style, and layout

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Build page navigation buttons and search fields

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Requirements
Demonstrated success in mobile consumer apps and enterprise web apps; proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
Passion for designing engaging experiences that appeal to an international audience
Strong ability to recognize use-cases, including happy path and edge case, and incorporate them into designs
Deep understanding of UX design patterns for mobile and web
Experience with translating high-level requirements to interaction flows and then to functional beautiful designs
Excellent understanding of Apple's interface design guidelines and Android design guidelines
Expertise with customer research and usability testing
Experience working with remote teams; experience working as a full-time member of a fast-paced product company
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Proto.io, Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Up-to-date knowledge of design handoff software like Zeplin
